How does a free 30-day trial period work?
When you sign up for YouTrack InCloud free trial period, you get the maximum available plan, including SSL and Private Projects free to use for 30 days. When your free trial period expires, you’ll be prompted to select a plan that suits your needs best or switch to a free plan.
How does the free introductory offer work
When you sign up for YouTrack InCloud, you get the maximum available plan, including SSL and Private Projects, free to use until February 29, 2012. This offer is applicable for registrations made before February 1, 2012. All registrations made after February 1, 2012 will be subscribed to a free 30-day trial.
Starting from March 1, 2012 you'll be prompted to choose the subscription plan that suits your needs best, or switch to a free plan. If you select a commercial plan, the subscription will automatically begin on March 1 and you will have until March 31 to pay for it.
Storage limits
The storage available for each YouTrack InCloud site is 5GB by default. The storage can be increased as the usage of a site increases, by contacting technical support at no additional cost. There are no bandwidth limits.
What are Public and Private Projects?
Public Projects are visible to anyone and designed for any activity that does not require data privacy. Private Projects are only accessible to authorized users. You can always limit access to your Private Projects to keep your data private. Private Projects are not available in the Free Plan.
Who are Users and who are Reporters?
User accounts have the full set of permissions, while Reporter accounts have a basic set of permissions including issue reporting, commenting, linking, searching and viewing issues. Reporter accounts are designed for your external users.
Need SSL connection?
SSL connection is enabled for all commercial plans by default, including the free introductory plan.
How can I set up a custom domain?
