Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience for Microsoft .NET platform
• Excellent OOP skills and knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Experience in creating large end-user applications

Preferable:

• Deep understanding of .NET architecture
• Experience in framework design and implementation
• Experience in technical leadership and mentoring
