• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical and user document writing or technical support
• High level in written English

Preferable:

• Knowledge of Java and related technologies
• Knowledge of HTML, XML
• Ability to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge
• Experience with any Help Authoring tool
• Experience with team development tools
