Responsibilities:

• Analyze rather scarce requirements and translate them into UI concepts and page flows
• Collaborate with developers, designers, testers, writers in a nice, not hair-pulling way.
• Be independent, responsible and self-managed: never hiding behind "It's not my fault, I only designed what I was told to!"
• Once the product is live, listen to user feedback and willingly embrace change, find a better solution, test and re-test the proposed UI concepts.

Requirements:

• extensive, proven experience designing web-applications
• proven experience in creating both fast, rough mockups and detailed UI design solutions.
• excellent writing skills, ability to describe UI concept, work on the user assistance tasks, etc.
• ability to prototype your own mockups with HTML/CSS/JS
• experience with version control systems, IDEs is a plus
• experience with usability testing tools/methods is a huge plus
