A .NET Technical Architect based in the UK, who has spent the last 10 years working for one of Europe's leading consultancies; with a focus on working with cross functional teams (Business, Creative and Technical) to bid, win, design and deliver innovative online solutions using the Microsoft Platform within the Retail and Media sectors, for some of the UK's biggest companies.

Howard is the creator of Scrum for Team System — the Scrum ALM Process Template for Microsoft Team Foundation Server, officially endorsed by Ken Schwaber — the co-creator of Scrum, as well as StyleCop for ReSharper — a ReSharper plugin which makes implementing a consistent set of coding standards incredibly simple and Keymaps for ReSharper — another ReSharper plugin that helps people learn the Visual Studio and IntelliJ/Idea keyboard shortcuts for ReSharper.

Howard also contributes to several Open Source projects, including Sharp Architecture, xVal, Horn and Who Can Help Me? — a .NET Open Source Showcase that demonstrates how use various Open Source Frameworks and Tools to build an Enterprise Level website.
