At JetBrains, we always value official and de-facto standards and technologies. In light of the progress made by the J2EE standards and frameworks for building enterprise applications during the time we have been working on JetBrains Fabrique, we have decided not to release it as a set of proprietary frameworks in a separate product.

Instead, we will leverage all our gains in experience and new technologies to create a best-of-breed integration of IntelliJ IDEA with standard frameworks and technologies, thus pushing web application development to a whole new level.

We wish to thank our EAP participants and others for the input and advice you've given JetBrains throughout the course of the Fabrique project.
Decisions such as this one are always difficult and never made lightly. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and changes of plans our decision may cause for you.
