- Commercial licenses with a prepaid annual maintenance pack or upgrade subscription
- Commercial, Personal and Academic licenses purchased or upgraded after August 31, 2008
- Classroom and Open Source licenses valid on the date of the IntelliJ IDEA 8.0 release
