Item	Tooltip	Description
	Zoom to fit	Toggle this button to have IntelliJ IDEA compress or expand the preview so it fits the target screen size.
	Zoom to Actual Size	Click this button to have IntelliJ IDEA
	Zoom In	Click this button to have IntelliJ IDEA expand the preview.
	Zoom Out	Click this button to have IntelliJ IDEA compress the preview.
	Refresh	Click this button to have IntelliJ IDEA update the preview so it reflects the changes to the current layout definitions, if it has not been done on-the-fly.
	Options	Click this button to configure appearance and behavior of the tool window. Hide for non-layout file: select this option to have IntelliJ IDEA temporarily close the tool window when the focus in the editor switches to a non-layout file. As soon as the same or another layout definition file is in focus, the tool window re-appears automatically. Note The tool window does not re-appear automatically if you close it manually by clicking the Preview tool window button.

Controls

From the drop-down lists in this area, choose the following alternative resources to emulate the required target device configuration:

• Target device which presents a combination of Screen size and screen density. If no device is chosen, IntelliJ IDEA displays an error message and provides a link to the dialog box where you can configure it.
• Screen orientation.
• Target Android platform to adjust the application to.
• Locale.
• Dock mode.
• Night mode.
• Theme.
