Do one of the following:
- Create a new module with the dedicated Web and Struts facets. IntelliJ IDEA will download and add the necessary libraries and configure the project automatically.
- Add the dedicated Web and Struts facets to an existing module.
Note
A Struts facet can be created only as a child of a Web facet so you need to create a Web facet first.
