The dialog box opens when you click the Launch Emulator button in the Choose Device dialog box
or the Browse button 
next to the Prefer Android Virtual Device for Deployment drop-down list
in the Run/Debug Configuration: Android dialog box.
The dialog box shows a list of all the currently available emulators.
Use this dialog box to appoint a virtual device to launch upon the future session start-up with the configuration being specified or right now during the current session.
