This feature is designed to correctly split string literals, providing the necessary quotation marks and plus signs.

To split a string literal into two parts
  1. Set the caret in the string literal to be split.

    smartSplit1

  2. Press EnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnter.
