IntelliJ IDEA 13.1.0 Web Help

IntelliJ IDEA provides integration with the AngularJS framework.

Preparing to use AngularJS

You can install AngularJS in two ways:

  • Manually, by downloading the AngularJS framework and configuring it as a IntelliJ IDEA JavaScript library.
  • By means of the Bower package manager, see Installing and Removing Bower Packages.
Installing AngularJS Manually
  1. Download the AngularJS framework at http://angularjs.org/.
  2. Configure AngularJS as a IntelliJ IDEA JavaScript library, see Configuring JavaScript Libraries. This will let IntelliJ IDEA recognize AngularJS-specific structures and provide full coding assistance.
