You can run command line commands right from IntelliJ IDEA. Just configure the commands that fit your preferences and needs as a command line tool and register it in IntelliJ IDEA. You can have as many command line tools as you need.
At the IntelliJ IDEA level, integration with command line tools is supported via the Command Line Tool plugin. Make sure that plugin is installed and enabled (refer to Plugin Configuration Wizard or Plugins page of the Settings dialog box).
