To show ancestor and descendant types
  1. Open UML Class diagram  for the desired class or package. 
  2. Select a node element in diagram.
  3. On the context menu, choose one of the following commands, or press keyboard shortcuts:
    • Go to | Implementation Ctrl+Alt+B or Ctrl+Alt+Button1 ClickCtrl+Alt+B or Ctrl+Alt+Button1 ClickCtrl+Alt+B or Ctrl+Alt+Button1 ClickCtrl+Alt+B or Ctrl+Alt+Button1 ClickCtrl+Alt+B or Ctrl+Alt+Button1 ClickCtrl+Alt+B or Ctrl+Alt+Button1 ClickCtrl+Alt+B or Ctrl+Alt+Button1 ClickCtrl+Alt+B or Ctrl+Alt+Button1 ClickCtrl+T or Ctrl+Alt+BAlt Command B or Alt Command Button1 ClickAlt Command B or Alt Command Button1 ClickAlt Command B or Alt Command Button1 Click
    • Show Parents Ctrl+Alt+PCtrl+Alt+PCtrl+Alt+PCtrl+Alt+PCtrl+Alt+PCtrl+Alt+PCtrl+Alt+PCtrl+Alt+PCtrl+Alt+PAlt Command PAlt Command PAlt Command P
  4. If there are several classes available, select the desired one from the pop-up list:

    umlShowSuperClass.png

    The selected class will be added to the UML Class diagram, with the corresponding relationship links:

To find usages of a diagram element
  1. Select a diagram element.
  2. On the context menu of the selection, select the desired Find Usages command.
