Suppose you have selected a file or member in the one of the tool windows, and would like to quickly find it in the Project view. The Select Target pop-up menu moves the focus to the selected component of PhpStorm, or to the file system:

To navigate to the desired component
  1. Press Alt+F1Alt+F1 to show the Select Target pop-up menu.
  2. Use arrow keys or the mouse pointer to select the desired component. If your target is the Project tool window, you can select the desired view: Project, Scopes, etc.

Tip

Double-click selected file or member in one of the tool windows, or press EnterEnter to open it in the editor.
