To toggle between upper case and lower case
  1. Select text fragment, or just place the caret at the line you want to change case in.
  2. On the main menu, choose Edit | Toggle Case, or press Ctrl+Shift+UCtrl+Shift+UCtrl+Shift+UCtrl+Shift+UCtrl+Shift+UCtrl+Shift+UCtrl+U, SCtrl+Shift+U, Ctrl+Shift+X or Ctrl+Shift+YMeta Shift UMeta Shift UMeta Shift X or Meta Shift Y.
