- Open the IDE settings dialog.
- On the Editor page, make sure that the setting Change font size (Zoom) with Ctrl+MouseWheel is enabled.
- Place the caret in the editor.
- While keeping the Ctrl key pressed, rotate the mouse wheel.
As you rotate the mouse wheel forward, font size grows larger; as you rotate the mouse wheel backwards,
font size decreases.
The MacOS users can use "Pinch-to-Zoom" facility to change size of the font and the whole editing area.
- Press Ctrl+Shift+ACtrl+Shift+ACtrl+Shift+ACtrl+Shift+ACtrl+Shift+ACtrl+Shift+ACtrl+ICtrl+Shift+AMeta Shift AMeta Shift AMeta 3.
- In the popup frame, type Reset font size, and click EnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnterEnter.
The default font size is restored.
Tip
These operations apply to the active editor only. In the other editor tabs, font size is not affected.
Tip
There is no default keyboard shortcut associated with Reset font size action. However, you can create your own shortcut as described in the section Configuring Keyboard Shortcuts.
