PyCharm makes it possible to compile CoffeeScript files to JavaScript and preview the results.

To preview a compiled CoffeeScript file
  1. Open a CoffeeScript file in the editor, and right-click the editor background.
  2. On the context menu, choose Preview Compiled CoffeeScript File. Preview shows in the dedicated read-only viewer, which displays original CoffeeScript file in the left-hand pane, and the generated JavaScript file in the right-hand pane.
