Use this dialog to specify connections settings and encoding for an SSH terminal.

ItemDescription
Connection settingsIn this section, select where the desired connection settings should be taken from:
  • Default remote interpreter: select this option to run the SSH terminal on the same host, where the default remote interpreter runs.
  • Deployment server: select this option to use one of the pre-configured remote deployment servers. If the desired server does not appear in the drop-down list, click the link Configure Servers, and define one in the Deployment page.
  • Select server on every launch: if this option is selected, you will have to choose the desired server from the pop-up window, every time the command Tools | Run SSH Terminal is performed.
Default encodingFrom the drop-down list, select the desired encoding to be used in the SSH terminal.
