After you choose General in the left pane of the ReSharper Options dialog, it looks as follows:
Using controls on the right pane you can adjust the behavior of Brackets and Quotes Auto-Insertion, Brackets Matching, and Finding Usages features.
You can also restore the keyboard shortcuts to their original values set during the instalation of ReSharper (if they are occasionaly modified) using the Reset Shortcuts button.
