After you select IntelliSense in the left pane of the ReSharper Options dialog, it looks as follows:
As the note says, if you select the Visual Studio option, the IntelliSense features (code completion and parameter info) will be limited to the native implementation provided by Visual Studio.NET. However, in either case you will still be able to use Smart Code Completion and Type Name Code Completion features of ReSharper.
