Braces Layout

ReSharper | Options | Code Editing | TypeScript | Formatting Style | Braces Layout

Use this page to adjust the way ReSharper arranges braces and reformats your code; in particular, there are several ways to force ReSharper to enclose single operators in braces (for example, after if or for operators).

Options in the section are applied when you type your code from scratch. On the other hand, the section defines how ReSharper should reformat existing code. For every item in both sections, there's a preview pane in the bottom part of the page where you can observe changes after selecting options in drop-down lists.
