From any code symbol in your solution, ReSharper can bring you to its declaration, implementations, navigate up and down inheritance hierarchy, etc. You can start navigation from symbol usage or declaration in the code editor or from the Object Browser,Solution Explorer, Class View, File Structure, and other ReSharper tool windows. The scope of navigation is not limited to files of your solution: if necessary, you can navigate to types from referenced libraries.
If there are multiple navigation locations for your destination, you can open them in the Find Results window and use its features for further navigation.
The commands that provide navigation from the current code symbol are described in the following topics:
- Go to Declaration
- Go to Implementation
- Go to Type of Symbol
- Go to Usages of Symbol
- Go to Base Symbols
- Go to Derived Symbols
These and other commands for navigating from the current symbol are included into the Navigate to shortcut.
