RubyMine makes it possible to map its color schemes with those of TextMate.

To map an IDE color scheme to a color scheme of TextMate
  1. Open the IDE Settings, and click TextMate Bundles.
  2. In the lower part of the TextMate Bundles page, select the desired pair of color schemes.
  3. Right-click selected entry in the column TextMate Color Scheme, and check the desired color scheme:

    textMate_color_scheme_mappings

    Apply changes and close the dialog. Changes take place upon of restart of the editor.
