RubyMine 5.4.3 Web Help

If you edit a file that is under version control, RubyMine provides several ways to move back and forth with the updates. In particular, you can use the navigation commands, keyboard shortcuts, and the change markers.

To navigate to the next/previous change in the editor

Do one of the following:

  • On the main menu, choose Navigate | Next / Previous Change.
  • Use keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Alt+Shift+DownCtrl+Alt+Shift+DownCtrl+Alt+Shift+DownCtrl+Alt+Shift+DownCtrl+Alt+Shift+DownCtrl+Alt+Shift+DownCtrl+Alt+Shift+DownCtrl+Alt+Shift+DownCtrl+Alt+Shift+DownControl Alt Shift DownControl Alt Shift DownControl Alt Shift DownControl Alt Shift Down or Ctrl+Alt+Shift+UpCtrl+Alt+Shift+UpCtrl+Alt+Shift+UpCtrl+Alt+Shift+UpCtrl+Alt+Shift+UpCtrl+Alt+Shift+UpCtrl+Alt+Shift+UpCtrl+Alt+Shift+UpCtrl+Alt+Shift+UpControl Alt Shift UpControl Alt Shift UpControl Alt Shift UpControl Alt Shift Up.
  • Point to a change marker, and click the arrow up arrowUp.png or arrow down arrowDown.png buttons.
