For selecting files and folders on your computer, WebStorm provides a dedicated dialog whose functions are similar to those of a file browser.
In many situations, this dialog is a useful alternative to typing a path to a file or folder.
All the fields in WebStorm that contain path information have an ellipsis button 
next to them that provides access to the file chooser dialog.
The keyboard equivalent of the ellipsis button is Shift+EnterShift Enter.
