How does a free 30-day trial period work?
When you sign up for YouTrack InCloud free trial period, you get the maximum available plan, including SSL and Private Projects free to use for 30 days. At any time during your trial period, you can select a plan that suits your needs best or switch to a free plan. After it expires, you'll be prompted to do so.
How do I get a free plan?
There are two ways to start a free plan:
- Sign up for a free trial. Log in to your JetBrains Account from your YouTrack Settings page and switch to a free plan.
- Navigate to eStore, сreate an account and subscribe for a free plan.
Need SSL connection?
SSL connection is enabled for all commercial plans by default.
How can I set up a custom domain?
Please follow these steps to set up a custom domain. It's free and available for all plans.
What are Public and Private Projects?
Public Projects are visible to anyone and designed for any activity that does not require data privacy. Private Projects are only accessible to authorized users. You can always limit access to your Private Projects to keep your data private. Private Projects are not available in the Free Plan.
Who are Users and who are Reporters?
User accounts have the full set of permissions, while Reporter accounts have a basic set of permissions including issue reporting, commenting, linking, searching and viewing issues. Reporter accounts are designed for your external users. Check the User vs Reporters permissions comparison.
Storage limits
The storage available for each YouTrack InCloud site is 5GB by default. The storage can be increased as the usage of a site increases, by contacting technical support at no additional cost. There are no bandwidth limits.
