Who Qualifies
Open Source Project license is available free to non-commercial open source software development projects that meet the Open Source definition, have a dedicated website, and an active community.
An Open Source Licenses entitles you to use YouTrack Unlimited User Pack and is valid for an initial period of one year. Annual renewals are provided on request, subject to JetBrains' approval.
License Terms
An Open Source Project license allows you to:
- use YouTrack for non-commercial, open source software development only
- run a single instance of YouTrack Server
- create an unlimited number of User Accounts

How To Apply
To apply for a free Open Source Project license:
- Please make sure that you meet the following criteria:
- You are the project lead or a committer
- You have been working on your open source project for a minimum of three months
- Your community is active. This means that you have recent activity in your newsgroups or forums
- You have an updated news section on your site
- You release updated builds on a regular basis
- Provide us with details about you and your project via this online form. We will review your application and an e-mail you with further instructions.
