Quick Overview
Watch this demo for a quick overview of essential YouTrack features: creating and editing issues, searching for issues, and using the command window.
Searching for Issues
Tell YouTrack what you're looking for using search queries. Query completion will help you narrow down your search as you type.
Editing Issues
Modify issues directly from the list of search results. Use different issue views to display the current issue in more or less detail.
Using Commands
Select all issues that you need to modify and use the Command window to change their
attributes, fix, or comment them
Using Tags
Assign custom tags to issues that you want to group. Configure tag highlighting for better visibility.
Searching for Issues
Try out different kinds of search queries, see how query completion helps with YouTrack search syntax, display recent searches, and save searches for future use.
Using Commands
Use commands to create new issues or modify multiple existing issues. Commands are available both with shortcuts and via YouTrack toolbar.
Navigating between Issues
Navigation between issues is aided by multiple shortcuts for expanding, collapsing, commenting, and editing issues right in the list. You can also select issues to batch-modify them; watch, vote for issues, and add them to favorites.
Creating and Editing Issues
When you create or edit issues, use wiki markup. Edit issues inline or in a separate page, and change attributes for multiple issues in one go.
