# Quickstart for organizations

> For the complete documentation index, see [llms.txt](https://www.jetbrains.com/help/air/llms.txt).

To get started with JetBrains Air, an organization administrator needs to perform several steps in [JetBrains Console](https://console.jetbrains.cloud/) before users can run AI-powered tools and harness the power of governed agentic-driven development.

Procedure:

1. Log in to your organization's dedicated instance of [JetBrains Console](https://console.jetbrains.cloud/) using the URL in the following format:

`console.jetbrains.cloud/org/<organization-UUID>`

2. Read and accept the Terms of Service.

3. Once you are logged in, perform the following:

* Add members to the organization The first thing you need to do is [add users](users.html) as members of your organization, [group them](groups.html) by teams and projects if necessary, [assign roles](roles.html) for those members who need specific permissions in the console besides you, for example, team leads and engineering managers. You can also [add service accounts](service-accounts.html) for automations and services.

* Purchase AI credits and AI seats All AI-powered tools and agent-driven workflows in JetBrains Air are paid for via [AI credits](ai-settings.html#manage_ai_credits). On a paid plan, you will also need [AI seats](ai-settings.html#manage-ai-seats) for all users who need AI access. For more information, see [Plans and pricing](plans-and-pricing.html).

* Enable AI for the organization Along with [enabling AI](ai-settings.html#enable-ai), select how you want to grant AI access to users: everyone at once or manually per user.

* Grant AI access to members of the organization If you selected to grant AI access to everyone, all users in your organization will be able to use AI-powered features, as long as there is enough available AI seats and AI credits. Otherwise, [grant AI access](ai-access.html#grant-ai-access) to specific users, groups, and service accounts.
