# Users and access

The main purpose of JetBrains Console is to let organizations manage access to company resources, such as product licenses and AI-powered features. Under Users and access, an organization admin can add users and service accounts to the organization, create groups of users, and assign roles to them.

In JetBrains Air, an organization represents your company. Each organization has a separate JetBrains Console instance and a unique URL in the format `console.jetbrains.cloud/org/<organization-UUID>`.
