IDE Provisioner

IDE Provisioner now supports Remote Development backends. You can restrict IDE versions and manage plugins and VM options for the remote backend separately from local IDEs. Requires pre-configuration of the host IDE. Otherwise, these configurations apply only to the JetBrains Client. See What is supported for details.
Added IDE version pinning. You can keep an IDE on one build using a restriction. The feature is disabled by default. See Pin the IDE version for details.

Toolbox App

The Toolbox App can now run a script each time it receives updated settings from the IDE Services Server. The feature is disabled by default and requires Toolbox App 3.9 or later. See Run a script when settings change for details.

Fixed a number of security vulnerabilities.
