Import Table dialog
This dialog opens when exporting data from one table to another one, or when exporting a table to another database or schema.
Specify the data mapping info and the settings for the destination table.

Table name, structure and data mappings
Item | Description |
---|---|
Table | The name of the destination table. |
Comment | The table comment. |
Columns / Keys etc. | Data mappings for columns, and the definitions of the columns, constraints and indexes.

Item | Description |

Data preview | The preview of data you are about to import. This tab is not available if you started the import by using the Export to Database command (![]() |
DDL preview | The statement or statements that will be run. You can edit the statements right in the preview pane. |
Write errors to file and Insert inconvertible values as null
Item | Description |
---|---|
Write errors to file | If you select the check box, the errors that occurred during the import are written to the specified text file. For each of the errors the place where it occurred is indicated. |
Insert inconvertible values as null | If you select the check box, NULLs will be inserted into the table for the data that cannot be imported. |
