Code Inspection: Missing required 'lang' attribute
Reports a missing lang (or xml:lang) attribute for the html tag (WCAG 2.0: H57) and offers a quick-fix for adding the attribute. This attribute should state the default language of a document.
Suppress an inspection in the editor
