Using controls in the View tab you define how functions should be displayed in the snapshot in any view.

These radio buttons help you specify how namespaces should be displayed in any view.
You can choose between three variants:
|Show original method interface||Select this check box to show original method interface.|
|Customize display||This table displays defined formatting rules for some set of functions and presentations of them. By selecting or clearing check boxes next to formatting rules you specify which of them should be applied.|
|Add||Click this button to define a new formatting rule.|
|Edit||Click this button to edit the selected formatting rule.|
|Remove||Click this button to remove the selected formatting rule.|
|Show vertical grid||Select this check box if you want to display the vertical grid that connects all nodes which have the same parent.|
|Shorten function signature in tabs||Select this check box if you want to omit the function parameters in a tab title.|
|Suggest to merge multiple function instances on Ctrl+T||Select this check box if you want to be asked whether to merge function calls each time you try to open a function called from multiple places in a new tab.|
NoteYou cannot define different formatting rules with identical patterns.
