New Project: Node.js Express App
The right-hand pane of the Create New Project dialog looks as follows when you choose Node.js Express App from the list in the left-hand pane.
The functionality is supported only in the Professional edition when the Node.js plugin is installed and enabled. The plugin is not bundled with PyCharm, but it can be installed from the JetBrains plugin repository as described in Installing, Updating and Uninstalling Repository Plugins and Enabling and Disabling Plugins.
|Location||In this text box, specify the path to the project folder where the project-related files will be stored.|
|Node interpreter||In this field, specify the location of the Node.js executable file. In most cases, PyCharm detects the Node.js executable and fills in the field automatically.|
