Working with PyCharm Features from Command Line
Besides working from within PyCharm, you can perform the following actions from the command line:
Enable a command-line launcher on Windows
Add the path to the PyCharm bin folder to the
Path environment variable (for example, C:\Program Files\JetBrains\PyCharm\bin). After you configured the
Path environment variable, you can run the PyCharm commands.
Enable a command-line launcher on Linux and macOS
On macOS and Linux, create the command-line launcher to integrate PyCharm with your shell. Ensure that the created launcher script is within the search path of your shell so that it can be invoked system-wide.

To launch PyCharm from the command line, type the
<PyCharm> command in the command line and press Enter.
