ReSharper | Options | Environment | Keyboard & Menus

This page of ReSharper options allows you to adjust integration of ReSharper's menus and choose a Default Keyboard Shortcut Schemes scheme.

Override Visual Studio refactorings Hides Visual Studio refactoring commands functionality from from the Edit menu and from context menus. Also, when you invoke a Visual Studio refactoring with a shortcut, the corresponding ReSharper refactoring will be used.
Note that some keyboard shortcuts in the Visual Studio scheme override native Visual Studio refactoring shortcuts independently of this option.
Hide overridden Visual Studio menu items Hides Visual Studio native menu items that are overridden by ReSharper functionality, e.g., Visual Studio's Organize Usings menu.
ReSharper Ultimate keyboard scheme You can switch between two default keyboard shortcut schemes or choose None to configure ReSharper shortcuts yourself, in Visual Studio options (Tools | Options | Environment | Keyboard). Click Apply to apply the selected scheme. For more information, see Configuring Keyboard Shortcuts.
Apply Scheme Applies the selected keyboard shortcut scheme.
