ReSharper Web Help

To navigate to a member in a C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, or XAML file
  1. On the main menu, choose ReSharper | Navigate | Go to File Member, or press Ctrl+F12.
  2. Start typing characters in the text field. As you type, the lookup list narrows down, suggesting names that match the entered substring:
    Go to File Member
  3. After you select the desired member and press Enter, the caret will move to the position it occupies.

Wildcard characters, * (asterisk) or ? (question mark), may be used in a search string to represent zero or more characters, or one or more characters, respectively.

You can find a member quickly by entering its initial character and subsequent upper case characters, according to CamelCase conventions. For example, if there's a member GetLookupItems in your file, you can find it by typing GLI in the search box.

You can enter new (with trailing space) in the search box as a filter string to narrow down the drop-down list to show only constructors:
Go to File Member
