Settings Tab

Option	Description
File path and name	Specify the path to the backup file on the server. Default backup folder is `<TeamCity Data Directory>/backup`. You can specify either path relative to the default backup folder, or an absolute path.
add time stamp suffix	Check this option to automatically add time stamp suffix to the specified filename.
backup scope	Check options to specify what kind of data you want to back up: server settings, projects and build configurations database build logs personal changes
Save settings	Click to save specified settings
Reset	Click to reset current settings to the previously saved values.

Backup Process Tab

This tab allows starting/canceling data backup process, and displays the current status of the backup process and detailed report of the last backup performed. When the backup is running, details of the current process are displayed, including progress and estimates, and report of the current backup running.

Item	Description
Start backup	Click to start backing up data.
Cancel current backup	Click to cancel currently running backup process.

History Tab

History tab displays a list of created backup files. The list shows the following parameters for each file:

Column	Description
File	The name of a backup file.
Size	Size of the created backup file.
Finished	Date and time when the backup process has finished.
