Responsibility

Represents a specific function or capability that can be delegated to a TeamCity node in a multi-node cluster. Assignable responsibilities (such as CAN_PROCESS_BUILD_TRIGGERS or CAN_CHECK_FOR_CHANGES) can be manually moved between nodes via the TeamCity UI or API. Non-assignable responsibilities (such as CAN_MANAGE_AGENTS) are automatically granted based on the node's role and current state.
