Maintenance Calendar

The YouTrack InCloud Health Calendar keeps you informed about scheduled YouTrack maintenance downtime and other YouTrack events, including new version releases and upgrades. We want you to be informed about any possible downtime in advance in order to plan work with your issue tracker in the most effective way.

The calendar is public. To import this information into your own calendar, click the +Google Calendar button in the bottom-right corner.

Preliminary Scheduled Maintenance Periods

We schedule a two-hour period (from 4 AM to 6 AM GMT) on Monday every week to install upgrades and perform maintenance. During this time, YouTrack InCloud instances may be unavailable. We do our best to make regular upgrades only during these booked periods and not during the week, except for emergency cases, which we hope to avoid.
If we decide to perform an upgrade or other maintenance procedures on an upcoming Monday, we add an event named Scheduled Technical Downtime, instead of Possible Technical Downtime, to the Calendar at least three days before the scheduled event.   The scheduled event is marked in red on your Google Calendar.
