Agile Boards

Agile project management in YouTrack is designed to help teams that use a Scrum methodology to plan, visualize, and manage their work during a series of consecutive sprints. It also helps teams that follow a Kanban process to manage and measure their work flow on the board.

The basic workflow to use the Agile Board:

1. Create a new board.

2. Configure parameters of the new board.

3. Fill and prioritize the Backlog.

4. Create and plan the sprints.

5. Monitor the progress.
