We deliver updates and improvements to YouTrack on a continuous basis. Here's an overview of the changes that are available in this version.

New Features

Feature	Description
Timesheets	Dedicated views for managing work items let you and your team track time with greater efficiency and precision. View and update work items for yourself and other users on a calendar or a collection of interactive spreadsheets for specific projects.
Import from GitLab	Migrate all of your issue tracking activity from GitLab to YouTrack with our latest predefined import script.

Updates and Enhancements

Feature	Description
Import Improvements	We've added an extra step to our import wizard that lets you map projects and spaces from the import source to target projects in YouTrack. This enhancement helps you transition from one application to another with ease and comfort.
Updates for Agile Boards	Columns on agile boards are no longer limited to fields that store states or enumerated values. You can now use versions or subsystems as columns to visualize your project activity in new and creative ways.
New Official Languages	YouTrack is now fully available in Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. We hope this helps you manage your work in the language you love.
Smart Login States	Our enhanced authentication process preserves your login state when you're using the application and disconnects completely when you log out.

Discontinued Features

Legacy REST API	With the release of YouTrack 2021.3, we officially discontinue support for our legacy REST API. Going forward, all third-party integrations and external client applications must use the current YouTrack REST API. To help you identify external apps that still rely on the old REST API, YouTrack provides an audit tool that monitors traffic to deprecated endpoints. Use this information to locate business-critical integrations that haven't been upgraded to use the current API and prioritize their migration. To learn more, see Monitor REST API Traffic. We contacted several vendors who build apps that integrate with YouTrack to make sure that they were aware of these changes and had ample time to transition to the new API. Most have assured us that they don't rely on the legacy REST API and will continue to work without interruption. Other integrations that we were unable to verify before the official cutoff date may no longer work as expected.
