YouTrack Standalone 7.0 Help

Hub Profile

Your Hub profile stores your user account and login credentials for YouTrack. If you have sufficient permissions, you can also manage your own access to connected services. If not, an administrator manages these access permissions on your behalf.

The Hub service can either be built into YouTrack or managed externally.

  • If your YouTrack server uses a built-in Hub service, the YouTrack logo is shown in the header.
  • If your YouTrack server uses an external Hub service, the Hub logo is shown in the header.

The visibility of the tabs that are displayed on the profile page depends on your access permissions. For example, a user with the default Observer role sees only the General profile settings, while a system administrator can view and update the complete user profile.

For more information about how to manage Hub profiles as an administrator, see Access Management.

You can use these links to update service-specific settings in your YouTrack, UpSource, and TeamCity profiles. The ability to view and update your profile in the connected service is based on the access permissions that are granted to your account in each project.
