JetBrains may, from time to time, offer discounts or promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) for marketing or other purposes. These General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) apply to all Promo Codes issued by JetBrains, regardless of distribution method. Certain Promo Codes may also be subject to additional conditions (“Special Terms”). In the event of any conflict between the General Terms and the Special Terms (“Terms”), the Special Terms shall prevail. The redemption or use of Promo Codes constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- Eligibility. Promo Codes may only be redeemed by recipients who meet the eligibility requirements specified by JetBrains (“Eligible Recipients”). All Promo Codes must be obtained through authorized channels.
- General Conditions. Unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms, all Promo Codes are subject to the following conditions:
- Limited to a specific number of uses determined by JetBrains.
- Redeemable only once by the same Eligible Recipient.
- Valid only until the applicable expiration date.
- Non-transferable and not to be resold, shared, or publicly distributed.
- Not valid for previous purchases.
- Exclusive of applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
- Limitation. Promo Codes may be invalid where prohibited by law, or limited by product availability or geography.
- Abuse and Violation. Any form of abuse is prohibited. JetBrains reserves the right, without prior notice, to unilaterally cancel or declare any Promo Codes invalid, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Use of Promo Codes without meeting the specified eligibility criteria.
- Any attempt to redeem the same Promo Codes beyond the stipulated limit of one redemption.
- Unauthorized sharing, transfer, sale, or public dissemination of Promo Codes.
- Obtaining or using Promo Codes through automated tools, fraudulent means, or other abnormal methods.
- Any attempt to circumvent Promo Codes usage restrictions or redemption rules.
- Disclaimer. JetBrains does not guarantee that Promo Codes will function correctly under all circumstances. JetBrains shall not be liable for any inability to use Promo Codes due to network failures, system maintenance, improper user operation, or other force majeure factors. JetBrains shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to the abuse or unauthorized use of Promo Codes, or a violation of these Terms.
- Rights Reserved. JetBrains reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promo Codes and any associated purchases at any time, without prior notice. JetBrains also reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at its sole discretion.
