Sergey Dmitriev holds an M.S. in Mathematics and brings over 15 years of development and entrepreneurial experience to the JetBrains management team. Prior to co-founding JetBrains he led the development of key projects at TogetherSoft as a project manager and core developer. In 1993, before joining TogetherSoft, Sergey was co-founder and CTO of a GIS software company Horis, Ltd.
Valentin Kipiatkov
Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Scientist
Valentin Kipiatkov holds an M.S. in Mathematics and brings to JetBrains more than eight years of professional experience in mathematics and computer science-related fields. Before co-founding JetBrains, he headed key teams as lead developer and system architect at TogetherSoft. Prior to TogetherSoft, he headed a team devoted to research and development of CPU instruction set optimizers for mobile devices.
Andrei Ivanov
Chief Operating Officer
Andrei Ivanov holds an M.S. in Computer Science and brings to JetBrains more than 15 years of software development and leadership experience. Andrei joined JetBrains in 2010 as VP of Administration.
Prior to JetBrains, he held key management positions at leading Russian and international software companies including Yandex, Borland and TogetherSoft. He also co-founded and served as the CEO of SwiftTeams — an IT consulting and tools development company. Prior to SwiftTeams, he served as regional director for Yandex where he was responsible for setting up and growing the company's St. Petersburg branch. Before that he served as Development Director, Modeling, for Borland where he held overall responsibility for all Borland modeling product development. Andrei joined Borland after the acquisition of TogetherSoft where he worked for 8 years as project manager and core developer of key products.

Marketing Director
Ann Oreshnikova has been with JetBrains since its very first years. Having built technical support and doc-writing teams, she currently leads the Marketing department, including Documentation, Website and Design teams.
Natalie Yaremych
VP of Sales
Natalie Yaremych holds a Master degree in Economics and Management and has over 10 years of experience in B2B and IT sales environment with a large corporate clients database. Before joining JetBrains, she honed her professional skills as Branch Sales Director for an international product company in Moscow, Russia.
Oxana Dmitrieva
Operations Manager, JetBrains Inc, USA
Oxana Dmitrieva, M.A., joined JetBrains in 2002 as an Operations Manager of the company's Prague office. Having gained extensive experience and profound knowledge of the company, she now directs, plans and coordinates office operations of JetBrains Inc, USA, including sales, human resources, and budgeting. She has been instrumental in implementing company strategies and setting its overall direction.

With an M.S. in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State University and over 15 years of professional experience, Maxim Shafirov has been a JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA developer and team lead since 2002.

A self-taught software developer, Dmitry Jemerov holds an M.S. in Strategic Management. Since joining JetBrains in 2003, he has worked on Omea, IntelliJ IDEA, RubyMine and PyCharm projects.

Project Lead
Since joining JetBrains in 2003, Oleg Stepanov has received a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has helped create ReSharper, dotTrace and other .NET tools loved by developers worldwide.
Ilya Ryzhenkov
Product Manager
Ilya Ryzhenkov leads ReSharper product evolution, coordinates user needs, marketing efforts and technical abilities. He has more than 15 years of software development experience, acting as a developer and team lead in various projects, including web sites, mobile software, business automation, database and analysis solutions. Proud father of two awesome boys, infrequent guitar player, and generator of controversial ideas.
Eugene Pasynkov

Eugene Pasynkov holds a Ph.D. in applied mathematics and has 20 years of professional experience in computer science and software development. Before joining JetBrains in 2003 to work on .NET tools, he was a team lead at Acuid, Ltd.
