Manage subscriptions

You are automatically subscribed to the Community plan when creating a Datalore account. You can upgrade to the Professional plan and cancel the subscription at any time. Refer to Licensing & Plans for more information about the plans.

Upgrade to Professional

  1. Click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of the Home page or editor.

  2. Select Billing plans from the list. You are now on the Plans tab of the Account Settings page.

  3. Click Upgrade to Professional. You are now in the JetBrains eStore.

  4. Fill in the fields to provide your contact information and payment details and complete the order placement.

Cancel your subscription

Follow these steps to cancel your Professional subscription:

  1. Click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of the Home page or code editor.

  2. Select Billing plans from the list. You are now on the Plans tab of Account Settings.

  3. Click Manage your subscription. You are now in your JetBrains account.

  4. Go to your Datalore service (Datalore Professional Plan) and click Cancel subscription.

After the subscription is cancelled, you can still use the Professional plan services until the end of the paid term. Following that, your license is considered expired, and you are back on the Community plan.

There is no cancellation of the Community plan subscription. As an alternative, you can delete your account.
