Test context cancellation can use 't.Context()'
Reports test code that creates a cancellable context with context.WithCancel(context.Background()) and immediately defers cancel().
In Go 1.24 and later, t.Context() returns a context that is cancelled automatically when the test ends. This makes the manual WithCancel and defer cancel() pair redundant.
