Column is shadowed by alias

Reports SELECT aliases with names that match column names in the FROM clause.

Example (MySQL):

CREATE TABLE foo (a INT, b INT, c INT);
SELECT a b, c FROM foo;

The a column uses the b alias but the b name is also used by the column from the foo table.
